Can I receive Senet in the European Union?

Yes, we are able to sell to EU customers, and Senet is fully compliant with new EU VAT measures, via the IOSS system. This means the correct VAT for your country will be applied at checkout, and as long as your order is 150 Euros or less, you should not be hit with any shipping or handling charges upon receipt of your magazine(s), as our IOSS number is present on all our packaging.

If you are presented with an unexpected charge and your order is less than 150 Euros total, please refuse to pay it, ask for the package to be returned to sender, and contact us at [email protected], and we will arrange a re-send. If your order is 150 Euros or more, we advise that you share a screenshot of your order confirmation which proves that you have paid the correct tax at checkout.
